Mo’Amber’s primary focus is to supply the events with experienced and professional ushers and hostesses to support your wedding or events. The team at Mo’Amber realise that ushers and hostesses are the public face of the events they serve, and they must be professional, immaculately groomed, experienced and highly personable. No one does this better  than the team at  Mo’Amber.

Our Host/Hostesses will assist in doing the following, and will dress to suit any theme:

  • Assist in making sure the venue is in order before start time
  • Ensure the couple and bridal party are well taken care of
  • Reserve seats for special guests
  • Escort invited guests to their appropriate seat or look for seats for them
  • Answer queries about the starting time and location of facilities such as toilet or a particular service
  • provider
  • For a private wedding they ensure that the guests cleared by security get into the hall
  • Manage complaints
  • Act as spotters for new guests and seat them
  • Ensure that every guest is taken care of by working hand in hand with the waiters and service providers to make sure no one has been skipped while serving.
  • Making sure the venue is in order, check for lost property after event.
  • Share souvenirs during the event (supervised by family)
